PAKPATTAN: An 18-year-old heart patient lost her life outside Pakpattan’s District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital reportedly after doctors refused to treat her at the hospital’s emergency department, ARY News reported on Saturday.
According to ARY News correspondent, the 18-year-old girl’s family claims that the deceased was a heart patient and was brought to hospital in an unconscious condition but doctors and paramedical staff asked her father to bring his National Identity Card (NIC) to provide her due medical treatment.
The deceased was brought on a wheel-chair and the hospital staff didn’t provide her with a stretcher even after she lost her life, the family claimed.
