ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Mian Shehbaz Sharif on Monday termed the 2018 general elections “the most controversial polls in country’s history”, ARY News reported.
Addressing his party’s parliamentarians, the PML-N president maintained that his party will protest against the widespread rigging in and outside the parliament and will adopt all legal means for the purpose.
He was of the view that he and his fellow MNAs have not come to parliament to protect or stay silent over the “rigging” but for the continuation of democracy in the country.
The PML-N president also vowed to work with allies to give Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) tough time in National Assembly.
