NEW DEHLI: Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat came up with a bizarre condition for Pak-Ind friendly ties and advised the South Asian giant Pakistan to become a ‘secular state.’
As per details, the chief of army staff (COAS) of Indian extremist state said, during a local interview, Pakistan has made itself an Islamic state, “if they [Pakistan] want friendship with India then they should play their role as a secular state.”
Responding to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s offer of improving relations with the arch-rival, Bapin Rawat remarked Pakistan should walk the talk only then we can trust their initiative.
“India had taken several steps” for close bilateral relations, however, alliance between the two countries could be materialize in case of a secular Pakistan, he stressed.
Defining India’s policy with Pakistan, General Rawat sharply stated that terrorism and bilateral talks can not go side by side, ” we will see what actions has been taken by Pakistan” against the terrorism.
Few days earlier, Indian Army Chief reciprocated to Pakistan’s peace initiative of opening Kartarpur with hollow claims of ‘striking drones’ at innocent Kashmiris and South Asian giant Pakistan.
Once again, unveiling the real warmonger side of India, General Bipin Rawat threatened that Kashmiris should stay ready to bear harms caused by Indian drone attacks, adding, the strikes may go even beyond the Line of Control (LoC) towards Pakistan.
Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony of Kartarpur Border aimed to facilitate Sikh pilgrims in performance of their rituals, the Prime Minister said on November 29, Pakistan and India should move forward by leaving ‘bitter’ experiences of past behind.
