Ingredients
1 chopped potato
1 eggplant
1 cup chopped onion
4 chopped green chilies
300 g gram flour
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp white pepper powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
½ cup cooking oil
1 dash salt
Directions
- Take a bowl and add together the gram flour, chopped onions, potatoes, chilies and eggplants.
- Put all the spices, the baking powder and salt in the bowl.
- Mix it with some water to make a batter.
- Preheat the oil in a pan and fry the lumps of pakoras until they turn golden brown.
- Take them out and place them on tissue papers to absorb all the oil.
- Serve on a platter along with some chutney.
