Saleem Safi's security guard attacked in Islamabad

Unknown men on Wednesday attacked a security guard of  Saleem Safi outside the journalist's  house in Islamabad.Geo News reported that Sohbat Khan  was attacked with a brick and  another sharp -edged  object  by  motorcyclists who also tried to enter Safi's house.According to Geo News , the attackers  tried to snatch guard's gun but fled when he opened fire.  Exact number of the attackers was  not immediately known. Shalimar Police have been informed about the incident.SHO of the Shalimar Police Station said they were  investigating the incident.Saleem Khan Safi is a senior anchor associated with Geo News. He hosts a popular late night talkshow  Jirga .
